We ask all customers starting a recurring maid service to begin with either a Standard Cleaning or a Deep Cleaning. However, we can waive this requirement if the home is brand new or if you’re switching housekeeping services and the home has been professionally cleaned within the past 30 days.
Each recurring maid service client is assigned a specific cleaner from our team. We strive to send the same maid for every visit. However, if an employee takes time off or calls in sick, we will assign another technician and notify you via text. We will also inform you if there’s a permanent change to the housekeeper assigned to your home.
All of our professional maids undergo our training program, pass a test, and complete a solo cleaning before they are allowed to clean a home independently. Additionally, we have a full-time quality manager who regularly inspects our housekeepers' work.
